CNY Homemade Cookies - 2011

After a hiatus of 5 years,my mom and I decided to bake some homemade cookies for the Chinese New Year this year...of course one of the deciding factor is the fact that I'll be home much earlier this year unlike last year where I did not get back home until the first day of CNY due to my company trip to Denmark. Another deciding factor is none other the fact that I just bought a new mixer!! So it's time that I learn to bake, part of my resolution for this year.
