What I was up to for the past 2 months?

Let the pictures do the talking.

This is the new factory that I've just moved in. In this picture, everything was still bare back then.

In the mornings when I was about to arrive at my workplace, I may encounter a "traffic crawl" when the cows go home.

FYI, this guy here is my company's CFO, and he is serving us meals at our brand new cafeteria! :)

Somewhere over the rainbow, you'll see my new workplace :)

Yep, this is what I've been up to, working hard to setup our new factory :)
It sure ain't easy, and it's starting to take it's toll one me!!

Military moth?

Spotted a moth with military-inspired design on its wings. Poor thing, I guess it's trying to blend in to the surrounding jungles, but got lost perhaps and it decided to perch on our car instead..haha... Anyway, isn't it a beauty? :)

Property craze continues

This is a scene of The Star Property Fair at Gurney Plaza two weeks ago. Property prices for a condominium from 1000 sq ft and above are sold at a minimum of RM400k and above!! Not to mention, newly-launched condominiums are all selling at a minimum of 350/sq ft nowadays. Crazy! The shocking thing is that this scenario have spread over to the mainland too! Prices of condominium on the mainland have rise to at least RM300/sq ft now! gosh!

Now,  I really wonder how are fresh graduates going to afford to buy these properties without any help from their parents?? hmm....sad case...With this trend going, I guess the price of rental market will probably increase in future as most people would rather rent than buying a property.
